How does your semaglutide plan work?
You just schedule a consult to get started.
You can talk with the Doctor about your goals and challenges in person or a phone call. Whatever works for you!
You answer a few questions about your medical history before your consult. Do it all online or you can do it at the clinic if you prefer.
That’s it!
After your consult with the Doctor you get a prescription and schedule your first appointment about a week later when your order arrives. You can have it delivered to you or pick up at the clinic.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
You will get an InBody Scan to get a baseline measurement of your body composition including your weight and BMI.
We review the results with you and give you your first shot. It usually takes about 20 minutes.
What does it cost?
If you’re a new patient your dose will be small so you start with a small bottle. When your plan is 10 weeks or longer you get better value with a large bottle.
You can also choose to do the shots yourself or come to the clinic if you don’t know how. We also teach you how to do the shots yourself if you want to.

Additional appointments are just $50. A bottle typically lasts 5 weeks depending on the patient and dosage.
What happens next?
This is important. Usually you get your shots and you’re on your own. Our patients are dealing with a locally owned clinic and can reach the doctor and therapists whenever they have any questions during their plan.
You get another InBody Scan after 5 weeks to see your progress. In addition to the Doctor Supervision you have throughout the plan you get a Nutrition Coach and a Certified Trainer advising you of nutrition and workout options that can help you get the most of your plan.
How long will it take to reach my goal?
That’s where the right medication matters. When you choose your medication by a brand name like Ozempic, you get a lower potency because it’s created for a mass market. When you don’t know there’s different types of the same medication with different potency you don’t know what you’re getting and what questions to ask.
Is all Semaglutide the same?
Not all semaglutide medicine is equal. You have brand names and compounded non branded versions. You also can get it mixed with B-12, for example and this makes it less potent. It matters where you get your prescription.
Beware misleading tactics! I have seen advertising for 10mg Semaglutide. Makes you feel like you’re getting an extra strong version, doesn’t it? If you don’t know what to look for you would be getting a very low strength of Semaglutide instead. Somebody can tell you that you’re getting this when you buy a 5ml bottle of 2mg Semaglutide. Sadly that is not the most potent version of Semaglutide you can get. So you’ll take longer to lose the weight.
