Split your lunch up into two portions.
About and hour before working out, have a piece of fruit or a yogurt. Just enough for an energy boost, but won’t weigh you down.
Post workout, grab that turkey wrap within 15-30 minutes (within your recovery window). Eating the protein and carbs post workout will help to rebuild your muscles!!
